By now I have 21 years ... Yesterday was a day beautiful ...
I spent the evening with my friends and it was fun ...

This morning I woke up with a sweet tooth ... I wanted something I could not wait to flash ... cooking time of a classic pie ... and that comes to mind?
time ago I had (I can not remember who) had a ricettuzza a cake for quick and easy to cook in the microwave ...
No baking oven ... no ... no time ... one cup ... and I was ready to leave: P
you want to try it?
The ingredients you will certainly find them in your pantry

  • 4 tablespoons flour 8 tablespoons cocoa 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cucchai
  • oil 2 tablespoons milk 1
  • egg
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmolto And now the thing is simple ....

1. Take a cup ... a nice big breakfast ...
and put in all the ingredients ...

2. Stir stir mescolateeeeeeeeeeee ...

3. Now put the mug with the mixture in the microwave for 2 / 3 minutes maximum temperature ...

Et Voila ................. ..... the torta in tazza è pronta :D

Why Does My Finger Go Numb And Pale

Hello to all / i. ..
today was a super busy day ... tomorrow is the birthday of my mother and then the preparations are in order ... besides the buffet and some tapas ... the highlight of the evening and TORTAAAAAAAA ...
My mother is a true specialist ... each year to receive accolades and approval by the guests ... in fact it is really a "patisserie" (though not for trade) very good ...
But this year ... because I became a food blogger and I'm feasting with the 'MMF ... I've decided to be the architect of the plot twist of the evening: P
I hope to show up to my teacher: D

For starters I've been carrying on with work and I made the mmf of various colors and the sign.

SPONGE

To make a wild large pan you will need:


6 or 7 eggs 500 gr sugar 200 gr flour

125 gr potato starch
grated 1 lemon (juice too)
12
tablespoons water 1 vanilla 1 tablespoon baking


Well you got all the ingredients? Viaaaaaaaaaaaa ...



1. Beat down the egg and sugar ... then add the vanilla and grated lemon

2. United spoons of water .... slowly pour in the flour ... potato starch and then the yeast

3.Lavorare until all ingredients are well incorporated

4.Versare the mixture into the buttered pan and bake at 180 degrees for 50 / 55 (do the toothpick test)

ritorno dopo un po' di tempo...e per alternare alle polpettine salate dell'ultimo post...oggi vi farò vedere un piatto dolce :D...a casa mia si fa spesso...e secondo me è perfetto anche per il natale :D con una bella decorazione può entrare nelle vostre tavole agghindate a festa e fare la sua figura :P
Sto parlando della zuppa inglese...é molto semplice e  veloce...potete farlo anche per cene organizzate all'ultimo momento...quando volete fare un dessert e davvero non sapete cosa inventarvi...Bhè questa è una buona soluzione :P

Vi servirano :


  •  un pacco di savoiardi
  • 4 bitter piccoli
  • una goccia di alchermes
  • gocce di cioccolato (o scagliette...quello che avete a disposizione)
  • cacao amaro in polvere
  • crema pasticcera
Ok...ora avete tutto l'occorrente...pronti per il primo step?? Viaaaaaaaa :D




1. Pour a base of pastry cream on the tray

But the 20th was also memorable because it was the first step with my boyfriend and with new people that are now part of my everyday life (including my fellow roommates \u0026lt;3) ...

I must say that I agree with clumsy ... I would love to go to Paris (Being French I've always heard about but never really lived, alas) to travel a lot and see new places, to design a course of sugar and cooking. living abroad .. per un po' di tempo...riuscire a parlare tante tante lingue :P e anche altre cose...ma sarebbe una lista interminabili

è quasi una settimana che non posto qualcosa...in realtà I cooked a lot ... and then I will have time to write and fotuzzare Blog: D

My problem with eggs is well known by now ... and to do something light and I used some good ideas and some of Ylenia idee mie...

e quel che ne è uscito fuori è davvero un secondo sfizziosissimo :D

Ho usato :

  • 3 carote gratuggiate
  • 3 scatolette di tonno (io per farle più light ho usato quello al naturale)
  • 200 gr di pan grattato
  • 1 uovo (uno solo me lo sono concesso :P)
  • 1/2 bicchiere d'olio di semi

Bene siete prontiiiiii??

1. Mettete le carote in una pentola con un bicchiere d'acqua e aspettate che l'acqua si assorba e le carote diventino well-boiled:)

2. Now put all ingredients in a large bowl, mix all

Today I want to talk about a collection I feel so close ... the collection of "good and fast" ... that together with the Association Food Friend offers all of us to put all the "no sweets ..." to help parents of children allergic to certain foods to have fun cooking without sacrificing taste ... ... but respecting food intolerance ...

This case I feel very close to me because I too am lactose intolerant ... and come with some problems cholesterol (so the egg has become my enemy XD).

So I decided to collaborate in the initiative of proposing Stefania my chocolate cake ... absolutely no eggs: D

So first it was not hard to find ingredients:
  • 200 grams of flour 00
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • 450 grams of milk
  • a drop of oil sunflower
  • a packet of yeast

Prontiiiiiiiiiii? Viaaaaaaaaa ...


1. Put the solids together and mix












2 . Combine the milk and oil ...

3 . ... Beater Hand mix well ...

4 . ... Butter the pan, pour the mixture and bake for 40 min at 160 ° ...

I am talking about ...... CHICKEN CURRY

It takes a while to shred the ingredients but I assure you it's worth it ... it tastes so intense and special that I did not want to believe XD


you also want to try to immerse yourself in Indian cuisine? you can use it either as a second ethnic dinner with friends or even as a main dish for a light meal but gustosissimooooooo: D









Vi serviranno
  • 1 petto di pollo 
  • 3 pomodori
  • 2 cipolle
  • 1 peperone verde....(io ne ho usato uno giallo per ricordare i colori di stagione)
  • 2 zucchine
  • 3 carote
  • 2 yellow apples

Prontiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii?? viaaaaaaaaa .........
1. chopped onion and tomato into cubes and brown with a little oil in a pan

2. cut the chicken into pieces and add the other ingredients well with a spoon full of curry






3. tagliate tutti gli altri ingredienti ed uniteli al resto....coprite la padella con un coperchio e fate cuocere per bene              
  le verdure




















4. aggiungete un'altro cucchiaio di curry....mescolate il tutto...impiattate
